The time needed for notarizing a document typically takes less than 30 minutes. However, that will depend on the number of documents and signatures requiring notarization. Once you book your appointment, we can provide you with an estimated timeframe.

We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm EST. Depending on your situation, we may be able to accommodate your notarial needs after business hours or during weekends and holidays. Just give us a call to discuss your need and pricing.

Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs such as driver's licenses, passports, and military IDs. Please know that forms of documentation without a photo, such as DMV extension receipts, birth certificates, and social security cards, cannot be accepted.

It is possible to proceed with notarization if you don't have a valid government-issued photo identification. In such cases, we can still notarize your document if you can provide two credible witnesses who have valid identification and can confirm that they personally know you and that you are the person named on the document.
